On behalf of the Emory Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, I would like to welcome you to our website. We have a diverse team of clinicians, administrators, and researchers that work together to give patients back their lives on a daily basis.  As a premier academic department, Emory Orthopaedics strives to excel in our tripartite mission consisting of excellence in patient centered care of all musculoskeletal problems; in education, through training the best and brightest in the next generation of providers, staff, and researchers; and in discovery through cutting-edge clinically relevant basic and translational research to provide new treatment options for our patients.

Our seamlessly integrated physician faculty is highly trained in the management of musculoskeletal disorders and is composed of doctors from several specialties including Family Practice, Rehabilitation Medicine, Occupational Medicine, Neurosurgery and every subspecialty area of Orthopaedic Surgery. All outpatient services including advanced imaging, physical and occupational therapy, and outpatient surgery are available at one of our eight convenient office locations and appointments can be requested online or via a central contact center that will help match a new patient with the most appropriate provider based on their symptoms, timing, and location preferences. Whether you are a patient, referring physician or student I trust that browsing the website will provide you with the information you are looking for.
