The Center houses clinic space for all faculty with the exception of the trauma service. An ambulatory surgery center features four outpatient ORs with a dedicated operative and anesthesia staff. An extensive physical therapy suite, a physiatry suite for spinal injections and minor procedures, and a prosthetics and orthotics department are also housed here. Emory’s musculoskeletal radiology division is based within the Orthopaedics and Spine Center, with plain radiographs, ultrasound, CT, and MRI easily available. The orthopaedic library/conference room is utilized throughout the year for Grand Rounds and resident didactic sessions. The Emory Orthopaedic and Spine Center has served as a model for similar centers built around the country.
